On a few occasions I have had sudden pain in my wrist, when I looked at it the vein was bulging - looked as if it was ready to burst - then a few hours later the veins went down and bruising appeared immediately. Has anyone any idea what this might be. I didn't bump it against anything so that is not the cause.
