Fallout 4 looksmenu fix

Webonly looksmenu is auto disabled while other mods are not, it even sometimes cause CTD when loading save files and I have to enable it again if its auto disabled which is very hassle, how do I fix this? They said use a mod manager to run the game and not the default game launcher. I am using f4se launcher and not the default steam launcher. I personally didn't choose any preset (used the default one, aka 'Nora'). Whateveryou do, just don't hit the 'C' key on your keyboard, it will either freeze or CTD!!!
