WebI have a new HP laptop that has an ELAN touchpad and the 2-finger scrolling speed in brave is too high. this is on the latest version of windows 10 and ELAN driver 21.2.26.1. everything else scrolls at a normal speed, including other browsers. this seems to be a common problem with brave and ELAN touchpads based on my googling.
