WebBUT - none of the above is ever giving me big DOMS in my lats. If I do a day where I do 10+ sets of amrap pullups, then I get mild DOMS. What gives me really BIG DOMS is doing Forward Lean pushups, and Tucked Planche Pushups (which I can do 2 of, so I do that and a bunch of negatives). Doing this, I get insane lat DOMS the next day.
