Explores best practices for working with transition-age youth experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles, CA, and finds enrollment in school, employment services, and rehousing programs can have a significant positive impact on these youth. WebThis is particularly true for Black, Native, and LGBTQ+ youth who are disproportionately represented in care and who experience disparities that further impact their ability to thrive. This report describes efforts through 2024 by CSSP’s Youth Thrive initiative to increase opportunities so that all youth have the chance to thrive.
