WebOpen this save in a hex editor. You only have to change one byte. Change the byte at 0x0000002c from 00 to 01. This changes the file to be a multiplayer save. Move it to your civ 5/Saves/multi folder. I use Notepad++ with the Hex Editor plugin, and it's super super easy.
