WebJan 27, 2024 · Flood walls should normally stop it spreading so if it's gone over them then you've been unlucky !! Once you have water on land it really doesn't disperse quickly at all. Given the opportunity it will just ripple across the whole map. I've even managed to flood and destroy a metro station in the past.
