Felt as though if you weren’t making high sales, management did everything in their power to try to get rid of you. They will try to put so much work on you as your route grows. Pay is pretty decent but don’t expect to get off the same time everyday.

WebCintas started out as a great workplace. It appeared to be well organized and managed. Then they loss/ let go their best PM. From that point which was in 2024/2024 til this year that place has went under. The managers oh my… The managers are very incompetent and plain out rude especially this one particular guy. They are very disrespectful. WebCintas is a fast pace type of environment. You have to be able to make adjustments and decisions on the spot 95 percent of the time. You need to be able to pay attention to detail, as it is the BIGGEST way to keeping all customers not only happy but satisfied that they are continuing to do business with Cintas because of YOU.
